Have been to townhouse 10 times in the past year, today they cancelled my appointment with 1 hour warning and no offer of a replacement. I was given £5 in townhouse credit which is what you get anyway when you go for a manicure. The technicians are amazing but the customer care is pretty poor.

I chose Printed.com for our wedding invitations because of their competitive pricing, but unfortunately, the service and quality fell short.
I've received unusable invitations with no replacement after 5 days and I am having to have the remainder of my wedding invites printed elsewhere.
I opted for the manual check service to ensure everything was correct before printing. However, the check took several days with no communication on the delay. Because I had to make some artwork adjustments, the order missed its original shipping deadline, something that could have been avoided with better comms. I would also say that this service in general is more suited to designers who have a better understanding of print, than those that don't.
When the invitations finally arrived, over 25 (about 15% of the order) were unusable due to quality issues, some were even invitations to someone else’s wedding. This was incredibly frustrating.
Five days later, I’ve still had no confirmation that a replacement order is on its way. I ended up paying for a second batch (partially covered by a refund), but this time no manual checks were done. As a result, the new batch also arrived flawed and unusable. Given the previous problems, I would have expected someone to proactively ensure the reprint was properly checked.
While the customer service team has generally been responsive and tried to help, there’s been a noticeable lack of urgency or ownership throughout. For something as important as wedding invites, I didn’t feel like I was in capable hands.
I’ve now decided to print the remainder elsewhere.
Unfortunately, I can’t recommend Printed.com based on this experience.

Genuinely works and great value, have been using both growsmary and rapunzel. Am using these products to grow and thicken hair pre wedding and have noticed a change myself, as well as have others point it out which is always lovely. Love to see this start up brand do so well!

I’ve been waiting 9 days now and had no communication from the company about whether my order is coming and i’ve sent them an email and tried to get them on live chat. Truly bizarre approach to customer service.

The job is 6hrs overdue, which when it's emergency plumbing, is a long time. To get an update you have to email but they don't respond within their stated response times. You can't reach a customer service agent to discuss what's happening.

I read the negative reviews about Mintapple but their slick customer service convinced me to order. They refunded my postage when this was delayed due to fedex. Product is good (stainless steel watch strap) and very price competitive to Apple version, but I decided to return. The returns process wasn't smooth. I had to chase my refund and the team claimed the delay was due to me not writing my invoice number on the return. They then said I would incur a restocking fee (£10) for the error on my behalf. I tried to dispute as I felt this was unfair but ultimately its listed somewhere in their terms and not against consumer rights.
One thing you can't fault their CS team for is that they get back to you right away.
Overall their approach to customer service left me feeling a little confused.
