Great online chat support for probe purchased 6 years ago…

I purchased my Meater+ probe back in 2019 and recently realised it had stopped connecting to the app, even though everything looked good on the dock (green flashing light) and my phone could see the bluetooth but it wouldn't pair.
I used the online live chat and 'Bassma' was really helpful - my version was so old it didn't have a reset button but over about an hour of chatting and lots of tests and resets/reinstalls it now works again :-)

I don't know many companies that would spend that time rather than tell me to buy a replacement after the first few resets failed.

faulty item replaced quickly

Ive just received my vax back from repair and the nozzle was broken - the bits were in the bag so assume it was when packed or in transit. VAX whatsapp help (Ryan) resolved the issue quickly and a new part is on its way.

Efficient use of WhatsAPP BOT+human to organised a repair

I've owned my VAX carpet shampooer for just over 4 years and needed a warranty repair (It has a 6 year warranty). I contacted VAX via WhatsApp and their process is 'well oiled' - once initial BOT contact is completed (5minutes) a human contacts you via whatsapp within 3 hours. In this case it was Gemma who messaged me and without any hassle the repair was authorised and date agreed for the courier to collect the item.

very impressed with quality and quantity of logs

My first purchase (2.5cum 'loose' beech log crate) was delivered last week on the expected day and the pallet driver called an hour before arriving. I was really impressed by how tightly packed the crate was. The purchase was shared with two neighbours so I divided the crate into 5 identical (as far as possible) piles, each approx 0.5cum loose. I did this 20 logs per pile at a time until all allocated , so now know my crate held 630 logs!!!
I've already burned some logs in my firepits and they catch really quickly, burn cleanly, give out loads of heat and burned for a lot longer than my previous logs.

The crate itself is being converted into kindling as its good clean softwood.

Better than original clarity and less than 40% if a new std pair

I had 2 pairs of rayban sunglasses that I thought were beyond repair until I found sunglass fix. I bought the top range polarised for one pair and the mid range non polarised for the other. Both arrived together (big plus for fast customer service to add my two orders together as I had paid fast delivery on the first) and we're perfect fits.
I do think the clarity of these lens is better than the originals, and the photochromatic is a great addition

Excellent no quibble warranty - remade glasses FOC due to original specsavers prescription being wrong

I have purchased a number of glasses from Glasses Direct in recent years. I recently had a specsavers eyetest and whilst waiting for their varifocals to be delivered I used the new prescription to order a pair of distance vision sunglasses from GD, which arrived in time for my holiday. Unfortunately I couldn't see clearly using them; when my specsavers varifocals arrived it became apparent that my distance prescription was too strong so new varifocals were produced (-0.5 dioptre to the original distance value).
I then used the GD no quibble guarantee and even though they had made the original sunglasses to the prescription provided, they remade them free of charge to the revised prescription. Great service

Over the years soak and sleep (and their previous names) have been my first check and almost always the store I end up ordering from. The products have always been as expected and free delivery is typically quicker than stated (almost always in 3 days).
From memory I've only had one order that was wrong and the post sales support were easy to contact, quick to respond and resolved it without any drama.

When the ordering process works well it is good, but far too often I get a Lloyds email a few days later asking me to contact the pharmacy and they say they haven't received the order - and that is my logging into Lloyds using my NHS ID. If if use the NHS app direct the order is placed ok but then Lloyds email me to login to their app to confirm the prescription---why???
I'm seriously thinking of going back to direct visits to the pharmacy and stop using Lloyds, the 'ease of use' and 'reliability' just isn't good enough.

Great experience from first use of the website to driving away with an immaculately prepared car.special mention to Ellie who organised the car to be viewable the same day and then Joe and Jamie who took us through the buying process. Every contact with them was friendly and professional. I was even tempted to look at the rest of the cars on the forecourt after we had purchased, I may need a second one soon!

check pdf details carefully as different from booking request

The process of booking via the website was easy, and the almost immediate 'we are processing your booking' email came with the correct info (4 adults 1 child). However when the confirmation pdf came a few hours later it only stated 2 adults and no children - easy to miss as its on page 2/3. There is no contact email address in the PDF but I found one on the website - all docs/emails should make it clear how to email back. The booking agents issued a corrected version the next day.
When I arrived at the farmhouse the owner confirmed the first info they had seen stated that just 2 people were staying.
Given they booking agency charge £40 they should get the basics right!

The Farmhouse itself and the owner Rachel cannot be faulted Five stars+

One Item I ordered I knew was out of stock with an expected delivery date of 30 days - they first confirmed it was not in stock but then updated me and delivered a few days later
