Used to be a very good website with genuine deals but now a big money making scheme. No real deals. Bullying by moderators. Manipulation. Equally this creates a perfect opportunity for someone to bring community based alternative that is less greedy.
These are bunch of con-men. Avoid if you are paying large sum or at least use credit card for protection. Do not trust their reviews, I bet most are fake. I was navigated to their website through Skyscanner but their website won't let me complete the booking so I had to call them. South Asian man (with fake English name) advised me that price changed from £2280 to £2437. Thinking I would save time, I agreed and they sent me link to pay. I made the payment but few hours later, no tickets were sent. I then called and was told to wait for up to 72 hours. This was alarming but I had no choice but to wait. Two days later I got call from them that prices gone up by another £280. I pleaded that I had already paid agreed amount but no use. In the end I had to ask them to refund or I will use charge back option through my bank. I was refunded few days later but it was very close to my travel date. I went direct to Emirates website and booked effortlessly with peace of mind. Avoid these guys and try to book direct if possible.

Absolute joke of a company. Horrendous customer service. They can't speak or understand English and when they do, they refuse to resolve the issue. They will tell you that you can't escalate the complaint and that will be end of story. Honestly they should be slapped with massive fines.
A terrible company. Probably have one person on the helpline. Advertised 240gm quantity and sent 20gm saying it's a typing error on their website. Pathetic.
