Really good service. Very easy to use and good value for money. Our customers like the fact that we send a text to alert them that we have answered their initial enquiries. We also use it if we have urgent requests for information from our members (we are are trade union) and any issues with their membership. Also great statistics that help us monitor the volume we send.

I would highly recommend APC to anyone. We live in a very rural place and the track to our house isn't a public road and challenging to vans at the best of times but they always do their best to get to us and keep us informed. Today though I could quite believe what they did! I am snowed in and my track (which is fairly steep up to us) is not passable by vehicle. So I couldn't quite believe my eyes when I saw the packages safe and sound in our shed this morning. I couldn't work it out at first but then I realised that the courier had carried these packages up the track (3 of them and 2 were big and cumbersome). WHAT A STAR!!! Especially as one contained milk, butter, yogurt and cream (I had ordered way before the snow came) and with me snowed in - well pancakes today after all!!! THANK YOU.
