David at Horsham made the whole experience so easy. He was really efficient, organising everything, responding to my queries, suggesting options - everything was brilliant. The fitters were also brilliant, they worked really late to finish everything and the carpets and flooring look great!

Every touchpoint very professional, from first call, product selection, measurements to final fitting. Splashback looks brilliant! Highly recommended.

Parcel was delivered very quickly and email updates were good. Unfortunately, the parcel was rather battered when it turned up. One of the three frying pans was a very interesting shape where it had been bashed, squashed or dropped. The other two pans survived unscathed.
