Brilliant experience - end to end!!

David at Horsham made the whole experience so easy. He was really efficient, organising everything, responding to my queries, suggesting options - everything was brilliant. The fitters were also brilliant, they worked really late to finish everything and the carpets and flooring look great!

Good bits and not so good.

Parcel was delivered very quickly and email updates were good. Unfortunately, the parcel was rather battered when it turned up. One of the three frying pans was a very interesting shape where it had been bashed, squashed or dropped. The other two pans survived unscathed.

Savings accounts explained very well. Easy to open and deposit. Regular communication, explaining next steps etc well. Liked the acknowledgement email after deposit made.

Very good and interactive customer service

Switched to M&S Energy a few months back - simple process and good updates throughout the move across to M&S (Octopus) Energy.
Regular communication from Octopus and they (real people) actually respond to email queries! So not just a faceless organisation. Kayleigh Eve was particularly good and handled my queries well and quickly too.
