Very unprofessional service

The surveyor didn't have a clue, six storey
Listed building set in 1.3 Acres of
Landscape garden's. Valued it at £0
Yes zero even the building society has
Gone back and told them to value the
Property.Spent less than 5 minutes at
The property didn't look at all the areas.
Surveyor said I've never been in one of these phoned me the next day to ask me
What I paid for it.Just didn't have a clue.

This is the worst service I have ever had.

This is the worst service I have ever
Had from a main dealer I am in total shock!
I've spent 75k on a new California ocean.
I had to keep phoning the salesman to place the Order which wasn't a great start.On Handing the vehicle over The salesman left the Tracker device on the keyring. I drove back From Exmouth to return it.The sales manager
Told me to fill the vehicle up and send the
Recite and they would reimburse me,which
They never have.The vehicle was damaged
And the fault reported within 6 days.
I then drove back to Exeter from Cornwall to show them the damage 2 weeks later
I have spoken to about 6 different people
To find out when my vehicle would be fixed
Under the warranty I have now found out
From Simon that no job sheet was created
So nobody has contacted me. I am still
Waiting for confirmation to bring the
Vehicle in for repairs.I no longer want
The vehicle and under the law, within
30 days of finding faults the vehicle can
Rejected and returned and a refund issued.
Dealing with yeoman's VW is like being on
A merry go round nobody seems to know
What to do or which person to contact.
A complete joke from a main dealer.
Yeomans VW spoil the dream of owning
A new vehicle.I await my refund and
Collection of the vehicle.If this is not
Sorted within 7 days I will be contacting
Trading standards and seeking legal
Advice,it's a shame it's come to this
And I am so disappointed in the way
A main dealer has treated me, somebody
Needs to get a grip of this VW dealership.

Paid Oct 2021 delayed delivery again and again,Still waiting since April 2022to get item Changed they turned up twice with no Furniture still waiting,its now 2023.

For my oak dresser, I am very disappointed at the quality and
Workmanship.Very thin timber
Not finished off properly dents in the
Wood just sprayed over,the shelf fixing
Screwed in at an angle and not level.
Overpriced poor quality product's

A fraction of the price!Sharps bedrooms after service is terrible phoned twice now with a problem damaged runner plus the wardrobe was dirty with pencil marks and

The Engineer was nice and polite and in the time frame,my biggest moan was trying to get through to Baxi 2 phone calls over half an hour phone rang off after 30 minutes each time,never managed to speak to anyone,very poor

Be careful

Used a tradesmen because he was on this sight.The work is terrible you can't even phone my builder to complain they
Don't appear to have a phone number.
I will never trust a sight like this again!

Ever seen and damaged.Its taken 2 Phone calls to get a refund! apparently it can take up to 14 days to get a refund,funny how it only took me a few
