Very quick and easy process but my parcel was in the top locker and pushed right to the back and couldn't reach it, I had to ask a tall passer by to reach it for me. If it hadn't been pushed to the very back it wouldn't have been a problem

Fantastic service from the first contact. Chris came round within a couple of days to do a survey and give us a quote. We were very pleased with the quote and ordered the solar panels, these were fitted within a few weeks of ordering. Chris and his team worked efficiently, we received a full explanation on the panels. We needed to ask a few questions after the panels had been fitted and we received excellent after care service.

Visited store couple of days ago, staff very pleasant, on arrival Josh explained how the store was laid out and where to find the various materials/colour swatches, whilst I was trying out a sofa Jane came over to ask if I had any questions, she was very knowledge about the sofa, I went away to think about it. I have been back into the store today with my husband, Jane recognised me from 2 days ago again she was very helpful she made us a drink while we tried out the various options, we placed an order. Helpful without being pushy

We got to the clinic for an early appointment only to find out staff were locked out so we had to wait outside for a long time in terrible weather conditions and I was late back to work, I appreciate this wasn't the staffs fault but it was a pain. Once we got inside the process was very slick and we got our results quickly 😊

Wonderful relaxing peaceful setting, sitting in the enclosed garden all you can hear is the birds and bees. Very friendly hosts. Cottage was lovely and comfortable. Very dog friendly Within reach of some beautiful places to visit. Beautiful Beach within a mile walk but lanes are very narrow but not very busy

It can be difficult to to get through on the phone if you need to speak to a real person, however once you are connected staff have always been very helpful, friendly and efficient

My December delivery wasn't delivered, which is very unusual,but when I emailed help desk, they were very helpful and a replacement order arrived within 2 days so my beautiful dog wasn't without. Thank you.🐕
