shameless!

it is very difficult to digest how they treat you! Initially it takes forever to talk to someone who really knows something, second they promised a leak allowance would apply, they ask you to give readings within 10 days apart in which I duly did. Once it got to senior billing department, it took 8 weeks, which in fact is the rudest person I have ever come across, she disregards everything that was promised from previous conversation and she points out Thames water are not regulated so they can do whatever they like and don't need to keep promises made. I am speechless as I do not know what to do next!! What hope is there when a senior person says "We are not regulated". Hopeless and shame on you Thames water for the culture you have installed within the company!

Overall good experince …

I had a difficult.time to talk to someone but when it happened Sam.was very helpful and answered my questions all the time. There was a it of an issue with the delivery times but in the end worked out. Carpets are lovely and great value for money.

Incomplete order!!

Not to bring the complete order in full is ridiculous! To insist that the order is correct is double ridiculous. Shame was meant to be a Xmas present.

Top notch!

I must admit, I am not the easiest of people to deal with you and I blame London for being suspicious at pretty much anything, but I must say have been very impressed especially with the handover process. The car was was handed in perfect condition, top notch. Geoff, was really good and I must thank him for everything. I love the car and will surely look back to return to Hippo for the next car. Thank you Geoff.

Incredibly great customer service

Incredibly great customer service, the all process was quick, easy and they did not move a penny from the original quote. I arrived early than my appointment and they accommodated me with fuss, the gentleman who dealt with me, top man! Thank you!

Ridiculous customer service, I have never experienced anything like this in my life. After 8 weeks of our she they still are it able to find a solution. Total arrogance which starts at the top od the tree and follows all the way to the bottom
