Unfortunately I’m experiencing the same treatment as many other investors here and getting no response to emails or phone calls.
As soon as they have been advised of my intent to leave there is either a complete lack of response to my queries or ‘not a good time’ email.
This company continues to ignore their clients and issues with communication.
Please don’t be fooled by their sales pitch. It all goes downhill when you tell them that you want out.
I’m now waiting since November 2024 for the portfolio to be liquidated. No updates, nobody answers their phones.

Morning Katarzyna, we are sorry to read this review, we can see that accounts team have been in contact in May, one of the issues is the fact you came on board with a 5 year hold and have decided to sell under 3 years, how ever we are still marketing your stock for sale to get the portfolio sold for you.

Disappointing results

Unfortunately I have to agree with a lot of opinions here - this is not a good business to invest. At the start I was told it'll be roughly two weeks to liquidate the portfolio. So far it's been 6 months and counting. At fist they would not even accept my request to do so and when finally the paperwork came through there is no sign of the wine being sold. I'm getting repetitively the same excuse that the market has turned and it tough at the moment. It shouldn't be so hard.

To address Oeno's response below: I have signed the agreement on 23.05.2022 (3 years ago without a week) and never committed to 5 years investment period. Quick exit possibility, if needed, was the only reason I have signed up in the first place and according to the sale pitch entirely possible to execute.

Katarzyna, we are sorry to read this review, we can see you came on board around 2.5 years ago and purchased with the understanding to hold for 5 years, we recommended not selling due to the market being down and the fact you had held the stock half the time of what was initially agreed. Purchase of property

Purchase of property dealt with efficiently and no issues encountered along the way. Good communication channels and cover provided for when member of the staff was on leave. There was always someone to give an update on status.

Do not use!!

Do not use!!! I have booked airport transfer but cancelled due to flight cancellation. Rang Holiday Taxis to notify them and later found out that they charged me anyway. Money was never paid back and their response was simply disgraceful. Avoid at all cost.

In the case of your booking, as the journey was missed due to a flight cancellation, you would need to claim the money for the unused transfer from your travel insurer.
