Wrong goods delivered and have been returned and refund taken place. All admin good at this point.

I ordered Harrison fat balls but another manufacturer was sent. I asked for the correct item to replace but was told this would be an additional £8
per box. There were 3 boxes.
As the website is still advertising Harrison fat balls at £17.99 ( which I paid) I have no idea why they asked for additional funds.
I trust I am not the only customer this has happened to, as this would be mis-selling under the consumer act.
I would not recommend this company as they should have replaced the goods as advertised and not asked for additional monies.
Very, very disappointed as it caused more work returning the heavy boxes to the post office and wasted my time waiting on the refund before I buy the right product from another supplier.

Rang door bell. Package to big for safe space but was at home to receive. Fast efficient service and driver friendly..

The milkmen are always delivery the correct items and always leave in designated safe place.

There was a small issue with a shortfall on the attachments. After a phone call this was resolved and the items sent immediately.

They are amazing. Spoke on pop up chat box. All question answered very fast. Added an additional pillow to site as it was showing only one in stock. This meant I could get a discount on ordering 2 dunlopillos. Order was placed straight away on Friday and the goods delivered on Wednesday. An d the driver left the goods in the special place. My thanks to everyone for doing a grand job. Also the pillows are just like my old ones, so a very happy customer. Will recommend and will use company again!!!!
