Great customer service

Please please please don't order these products. Like the other reviews say "not fit for purpose " and won't fit a European male nor will it have the power in the motor to do its thing. We purchased the most expensive items they had .... the Aircraft, thinking it was great but it was a complete anticlimax. Ours was broken after a couple of hours and customer service is disgraceful. Its a bot! And keeps asking you circular questions and you get nowhere. Don't waste your money the products design and functionality is dirt and you will be so disappointed. The only thing these guys have to offer is a flashy website..... its a total scam scam scam scam.

Very good customer service, I believe that the installation team are sh1te though I ve yet to see. Going on my neighbours installation, my company had to take over the installation because they didn't have the capacity or knowledge to make the right decisions. Probably poor management and they may have been sub contractors, who know, but they where sh1te in any event. Once its in i believe its good but get ready for a roller coaster install.

Great software it really changed the way we operate our business. We now get more time "off" the laptop! But its not cheap and price needs to come down on the higher package. Especially the amount of customers your allowed store. Also you no longer get read receipts for your invoices which "was" a great feature. The software also glitches and doesn't allow you to change your invoice on the fly so you must stick with the format you've initially chosen and must reset everything in setting to change a small thing. Maybe its something I'm doing wrong but we have it a long time so I don't think so. Also support is not great. For this reason 3 stars. Fix it and we'll give 5 stars

Booked a villa for an off peak season time and paid up the deposit ( over 500 euros ) received a cancellation notice a few weeks later and when we called all they had to say was that we lost your money. We also called the British letting agent who said they could do nothing. Now Guzman will not return calls and fails to return any money. In the meantime we are left out in the cold.

I highly recommend that you do not send, give or transfer money to this company as it does'nt seem legit. Avoid Guzman with all cost as you wont get customer satisfaction in any event.......

Everybody with complaints against this company, complain to " DEFENSON DEL PUEBLO O UNA QUEJA EN EL AYUN TAM IENTO " who apparently have the power to address these people in the proper manner (like a consumer rights authority)......... good luck everyone.
