Poor Service on day of Connection - otherwise very good
City Fibre installed the line today for Zen, everything connected as it should but no broadband. City Fibre were confident it wasn’t their problem and Zen didn’t pick up. Gave up after waiting for 45 minutes for technical help.
Quite stressful. This is a new line for my mother who has dementia.
Now, two days later the issue has been resolved. My brother got through and a reboot did the trick.
To be fair, Zen, have been generally very good but just fell down with the lack of customer support on the day the line was installed.
