The girl came to my door and before she started her speech she made sure her badge was presented and her face mask was on correctly. She was very polite and explained everything to me fully. I am extremely happy with how she conducted the process and always asked if I had any questions or if I understood everything. It was so easy to set up and having a wee pot of money at the end is a bonus

I have nothing but trouble since I moved to boost/ovo energy. Twice an engineer has been to my property and I thought the problem had been solved!! Only to get an email a couple of weeks later telling me that the problem had not been fixed and I have to do all the steps the second engineer had supposedly done. I would not recommend boost/ovo energy to anyone. The only good thing that I have found is that you can create a winter wallet and put money away every day until the 1st November and then it can be transferred to your account for winter.

Have used this company a couple of times and I would recommend anyone to use them. Very professional and the fitters that they use are very good too.
