I bought a Kyocera Ecosys M5521cdw in the hope that this will be an economic solution to our household printing needs, after disappointments with larger printer vendors. Sure enough, the printing was OK, toner prices reasonable. There was one memory corruption problem with which I got help from support.

Then, after some time (and printer no longer in support) the printer stopped responding to remote LAN print requests. I am network engineer for 25 years, so I know a bit about protocols and how to install stuff to solve things DIY. But this one is also one of those things that is made just not to work no matter what. Firmware cannot be reset to factory default. USB stick firmware reinstall won't work. NOWHERE in menu to do a factory reset. The printer is pingable, but it won't do anything remotely, so we're confined to using it by USB stick PDF prints and that's it.
Kyocera is now added to my terrible disappointment lists.

Not received the parcel, while it's marked delivered. No leaflet left behind where the parcel is supposedly left.
Tried to call the pay-by-minute DPD support service desk, selected option 4 for English, the person answering was speaking French, and he hung up with no words the moment I said 'Good afternoon'. Subsequently I called back, this time selecting Dutch, that one worked, but the clerk could only help me with a form to be sent to the original seller :(

Goede kwaliteits/prijs verhouding, maar enkele werkplaats-kabinets waren licht beschadigd in de verpakking. Het dure gereedschapswagen was sterk beschadigd waarschijnlijk door een heftruck, gelukkig in het achterkant dus geen probleem voor de gevulde laden.

Ik vind dat het is nog steeds een heel interessante aanbieding is; deze kwaliteit is moeilijk te vinden voor die prijs.

begin januari besteld, na twee maanden wel een laptop gekregen. Ze hebben mij een hogere spec laptop geleverd, omdat ze hadden geen laptop met QWERTY toetsenboord.
Dus, behalve van de vertraging, wel tevreden nu..
