Purchase Second Hand Suzuki Swift.

I recently purchased a Suzuki Swift from Baylis Suzuki Gloucester, with the assistance of my son. Initially we dealt via phone with Ricky who was very helpful and professional. He answered and sorted all queries we raised. On collection of the car Ricky gave us full explanation of its features and again extremely helpful. Definitely recommend the garage especially their customer service, and standard of car when picking up.

Justin helped us with our holiday

Justin helped us with our holiday. Unfortunately the original holiday was full. However he asked many questions and found us an alternative, more expensive but given timing etc we understood why. He was professional, friendly and walked us through everything. Reassured us to contact him with any further queries. Within a short time I received an email confirming details together with invoice.

Just Go Trip to Gateshead

Overall the holiday was excellent value. Lovely location. Hotel clean very comfortable beds. Breakfasts second to none but unfortunately evening meal not good. Got worse as week went on, the last night fish and chips looked and tasted awful.
Our Driver excellent didn’t know area that well but got us everywhere with a smile and on time. IHe was Helpful professional and very approachable.
From booking to end we also received efficient administration/communication from Just Go office staff.

Coach Trip Cheltenham - Victoria and back!

Coaches on time both ways. Impressed with coach timing from Victoria given adverse weather conditions. Victoria Coach station kept everyone up to date with other delays. Plenty of helpful staff on duty.
We were severely delayed coming into Cheltenham. It would have been nice if the driver could have updated everyone on reason given he did know A417 was closed.
