My delivery was left on the street.

My delivery was left on the street along with deliveries for about +- 6 other deliveries for apartments in this multistorey block. All deliveries were for BT10.
Access to building is via an intercom system, which is in full working order today, and has been every day for past 20+ years.

Deliveries to blocks unsafely left in street

Deliveries to blocks of flats are often left outside the main entrance. People passing the entrance could easily pick up the packages.
There is no option on Amazon site to complain about an unsafe delivery.
As a disabled customer I require my delivery left at the door of my apartment.

Deliveries left in foyer of 56 apartments

When I entered the block of 56 flats in which I live, I saw a pile of Amazon packages on the foyer of the apartment block. They were addressed to various individual flats, but had been left in a very unsafe place. I very rarely have problems with purchases or deliveries from Amazon, but there seems a rogue delivery driver that doesn't actually deliver. I've tried to contact Amazon but it's impossible. I should point out that none of the parcels were for me.

Unsafe Amason deliveries. Belfast.

Recently some of my packages have been left in the foyer of a block of 56 flats, but today's delivery was left outside the block of flats. The driver did ring my intercom for admittance to the foyer, but I am disabled and wasn't able to reach the intercom in time. At the moment I'm at home 24/7 and have been lucky that neighbours have lifted my parcels and placed them at the door of my flat. But it's now obvious that it's become unsafe for me to use Amazon delivery service. It's also impossible to speak to anyone at Amazon.

Argos use Yodel for delivery service

Argos use Yodel for delivery service. Today was the 3rd time Yodel have not delivered my order to me. I received an email from them to say my order had been delivered, but it wasn't delivered to me. As I'm disabled I had to wait for a granddaughter to investigate where the parcel might be. It was found in the foyer of a block of 56 flat next to my block. The foyers are not secure, and are used by many people. There is a lift in my building so there is really no excuse for throwing the box into the foyer of a nearby block or flats in the hope that the right customer will find it.

Not delivered

The package was delivered to the foyer of a block of 56 flats next door. This is the 3rd time Yodel has delivered to the wrong block of flats. I am disabled and had to get a granddaughter to investigate after I received an email to say my parcel had been delivered. But it hadn't been delivered to me. The foyers of the blocks of flats are not secure as many people have access. I don't have problems with any other delivery service. So won't buy from Argos for delivery in future.

Parcel sitting in Scotland for 6/7 weeks. I live in Northern Ireland

An item ordered 13/10/2022 was received by Langley and shows it was sent to Scotland on 22/10/2022. It has been sitting there since that date, and today is 5/12/2022. I have tried to use Royal Mail Customer Services and am redirected to Electronics Expert but required to pay £1 to speak to anyone, and this generates a £35 per month charge after the first month. What sort of scam is this? I'm a 77 year old woman who is very wary of giving any company excess to my bank account online. I would really like to receive my delivery. Royal Mail is a disgusting 'service'.

False information from Damart Uk

Four days ago I reviewed Damart UK, pointing out that price offers on July Damart brochure differs from online prices. Brochure BNP975X £29, online P975X £39
They responded
"We're currently experiencing some technical issues with our website. I have reported the shoes not coming up at the right price online, to our web technicians, who will ensure that the problem is resolved within 48 hours".
But 4 days later and the price online for the shoes are still £10 more than the brochure price. This is not acceptable service.

Brochure offers not available online.

The July brochure offered Cushion Walk shoes AZP975X for £29. When I went on line the same shoes (code P975X) were £39.
Damart must stop wasting my time, and stop wasting paper on offers that aren't genuine.
This is not the first time sales offers on brochures are not available on line. Also the codes in the brochure do not tally with online codes. It happens regularly, and as someone who doesn't order by post, I pass the brochure to elderly neighbours and they get me to place orders for them. It's embarrassing to tell them the goods they want are not available, as it may appear that I don't want to do an online order.

You can also call our reduced rate number of: 0330 123 5429

In regards to our item reference numbers, the start of the reference, will normally always be three letters, depending on which catalogue it is from. Aslong as the item reference ends the same, it is the same item. For example the shoes are: P975X online but in a catalogue they could be: BNP975X

Last night I placed an order with Tesco…

Last night I placed an order with Tesco for delivery between 10a.m. and 12 today. The order was not delivered, and as at 2:27 p.m Tesco have not texted or emailed to inform me that the order won't be delivered due to weather conditions. I had to find this out by sitting on the phone to Tesco, for 20 minutes,
Tesco has taken the full cost of the order out of my account and inform me that I should have the funds returned in 3 working days.
I am a disabled pensioner, now trapped with insufficient supplies and unable to order from elsewhere until my money is returned by Tesco.
Also note that an order placed with Iceland last night was delivered to me, on time, today.
