Concept2 rower delivered by two nice guys, no fuss, no nonsense, just great customer service! Upgrades (assembly etc.) are optional extras once booked but assembled it myself in under 30’!

The claims process is so easy! No sooner done than I get a text confirming receipt of the claim, then approval, then payment being made. With a dog requiring regular medication this is really reassuring!

Not great service. Original order at local store cancelled without reason. Placed new order from another store but unable to use VIP voucher as ‘redeemed’ despite original order being cancelled. Discussed with store staff on collection - nothing they can do! Told to contact customer services.

I’ve now ordered nine blinds. Having never measured or fitted blinds myself before I was a bit wary. I shouldn’t have worried! Once you’ve measured you get a price instantly & the blinds are great value. Packaging is good & deliveries prompt. One blind had slight damage on arrival & was replaced without delay. The fitting info & video are clear. All my blinds are fitted & have given the windows an update! Can’t recommend highly enough.

I was offered a cancellation slot at short notice which was great. The two chaps who came were extremely polite & explained the repair before they started. Despite awful weather conditions they got the job done in time to fit in with my plans that day. My car looks as good as new again! Excellent service!
