Got 1 darts top for sizing. Good size and decent quality for price. "Darts corner" put above pocket. Ordered another 8 for team with different sizes. Came with "darts corner" put on pocket. Not a good look with ine different.

Willie and Dougie delivered sofa and were polite and careful. Also kept me up to date with delivery time. Credit to the company. Only downfall is the estimated time scale for delivery when sofa was purchased. Told end of July, delivered 19th August. A day or two is acceptable but over 2 weeks isn't unless some form of communication, which there wasn't.

Went into ncf not holding out too much hope of mother on law picking anything. We dealt with Hugh at the Paisley ncf and he couldn't have been more helpful, without being pushy. Dealt with mother in law very well as she is she is of an age where a bit of extra care is required. Left after buying 2 sofas, sideboard, tables and TV unit.

Just bought house and have heard nightmare stories about registering for gas and electric. Lauryn made this an easy process to do and went through everything in a timeous fashion. Yes, she tried to sell me broadband, maintenancy packages etc but when I said no, that was it. Would be happy if I ever had to deal with her again.

Efficient, pleasant staff. Customer service at Paisley depot is superb.
