Pleased with insurance auto-renewed

My insurance auto-renewed. This is because I was having medical problems and I was spending some time in hospital.
As the insurance auto-renewed it was one other task taken out of my hands. I am pleased that this happened and my insurance kept me covered whilst I was unable to concentrate on all of my normal affairs.

Great engineer

Great engineer - thoroughly deserving of five stars.
However I would only give 247 Home Rescue one star. Their service was appalling! It took 25 days and a total of six phone calls to arrange my boiler visit. I wold not recommend 247 Home Rescue!!

Good boiler service - Poor service from 247.

The heating engineer attended and serviced my boiler effectively and efficiently.
The service I received from 24/7 home rescue was deplorable. I had to wait 25 days after my first phone call and had to phone again on 5 separate occasions before my boiler service was carried out.

We understand it can be frustrating when trying to book an appointment for your gas boiler service however due to the influx of claims and the colder weather we have experienced we have prioritised boiler breakdowns leading to this delay.

Very easy website to complete.

I found the website very easy to complete - with a very reasonable price for peace of mind regarding cover for my boiler. The phone call I got the following day was reassuring - letting me know that everything was safely covered. I also got the opportunity to ask questions regarding the cover, and they were answered to my satisfaction. Great service!
