You cannot give this company anything but a five star review 100 per cent fantastic from the minute we walked into the store not jumped on Jason in sales was brilliant showed us different flooring and advised what was best and also explained the procedure timeline for levelling the floor is I think who came from Lincolnshire was absolutely above and beyond his workmanship together with his co worker was second to none I left them to it didn’t take them long but the finish not one trowel or uneven mark on the floor unlike the other side which we inherited. The customer service is faultless from Andre to whoever is first class professional friendly helpful not pushy makes you feel at ease so doesn’t make paying your bill to painful lol. Absolutely brilliant. These guys are so professional. They came out to give a price for taking our fire and fireplace out I rang 1 day next day I received a call asking if they could call that day. They came gave me a quote which was fab and arranged for the job to be done 2 days later fireplace out no mess no fuss They did tell me that the marble might crack but they would be careful it didn't crack. I got a call half before alloted time to tell me they were on their way. Cannot fault this company and the tradesmen. Polite friendly professional. You would be mad not to use them
