They say delivery the parcel and…

They say delivery the parcel and didn't, now I am travelling and will be out for few weeks and won't have it.

Poor shop.com

VERY bad experience
Bought a laptop for next day delivery, never been delivered I have call them 4 times and after waiting for 10 days they cancel my order saying it has been gone to an investigation
Poor service
Horrible store shop
Dont buy it om Shop Samsung you will be estressed

WORST EVER
bought a laptop for next day delivery, DPD send me any email on next day saying miss me sent me any picture of fake as I asked to be delivery at me work add and I was there all day, after I call Samsung 4 times and after 10 days with out my laptop they cancel my order saying ot when to an investigation crap shop

after seen a van from the website talk…

after seen a van from the website talk to a seller and pay the deposit, they said couldn't do a finance with PCP only with HP on this vehicle, but the website give this option (and that why i go for it) and the seller confirmed to me when i call to pay the deposit, so how can a big company like that can advertise something that can't accomplish and trick they clients? they insisted for few days to do on HP and i refused because i want as it was advertised Now i am very frustrated, upset and furious, the manager didn't care, even try to call me or do any another deal. it now has gone from the website but i have all the screen shot, and may go to do something, for me now this company has no credibility, never go there again.
