Review of Pattinson Auction
Seemed to be not very transparent in their dealings with us, with a whiff of not being wholly open and honest. Staff appeared to endeavour to mislead and to string things along, possibly for the sake of their commission. Salesman (presumably) called Bobby extremely disengenuous. Would definitely advise a degree of caution when dealing with this company (like all companies new to you).

Shortest and most cursory valuation. Lowest of 5 agents valuations. Daniel became sarcastic and rude when advised that due to large gap in valuation would not be using them. Proceeded to continually talk over and when asked to listen abruptly terminated call.
Unprofessional, puerile and rude. Would not recommend.

Easy. Great price. Contacting Customer Service takes an age and the 'Covid' excuse is wearing a bit thin but when you do eventually get through they are helpful, polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Worth the waiting (sort of).

Absolutely first class response from Customer Services (Danny) when our under guarantee TV was found to be irreparable. Thought that it would end up in a bit of a bun fight trying to get a replacement equivalent TV but definitely not! Replacement was with us the next day. Can't say fairer than that. First class service. Thank you.

Excellent. Feared the worst when I did break down but they were superb. Friendly and professional, kept me fully informed by text and phone. Quick response and a very pleasant and efficient Recovery driver who took us back to a garage near our home. Cannot fault the service! Very highly recommended.
