Initially my thoughts was that I may enter into "one chance" mean scammer site....when I saw the products and the price. I'm a coffe lover. I bought the machine with pod offers. But anytime I checked the price on line it's a bit expensive to buy. I can afford it but wants the price to be cheaper than the displayed by the company.

When I saw the price from Shopplay sites. My mind was let's me gamble. If I fail. I will learn from it. But my instinct was wrong. I made a right decision. The products are excellent, authentic, genuine and original..
I bought these items saving more than 40 percent as compared to the Nelespresso sites.

I will encourage many to try and buy from Shopplay sites. No regret. You safe money, your item delivered with 48 hours.

One thing I will like to highlight is that you changed me for delivery, but I read that any shopping more than 50 pounds is free delivery..
If so refund my delivery charge into my card.

I ll suggest that House of fraser to review the stocks every second.

If the items are available to buy by the customers, that means its still in store and no issues and it's available..

However, it happens often that I placed an order, but a day after, the message replied "itemnot available in stocks..

Surprisingly, few days later, item still available to buy again..
A big confusion

Please try to check the stock and availability of the items while on sales.

Secondly, the delivery system.
The so called EVRI was reliable and I gave good recommendations severally.
Unfortunately, it's no more a reliable company.
I ordered and paid for items worth a half of thousands pounds. The item were misplaced on the road. When it was already confirmed that it was out for delivery by EVRI.
I chased and tracked the items but with no avail.
Very poor customer service from EVRI,no one to talk to. Very frustrating.
I rated EVRI now 1 out of 10.
It's high time for HOUSE OF FRASER to start looking for a reliable delivery company..
History of disappointment are noted with EVRI, just like it's Sister , which failed to deliver and eventually, the name was changed to another one...

House of fraser is good and reputable company, That's the only shop where I do most of my shopping. I use online shopping mostly.
Remember that House of fraser and Sports direct are under the same umbrella. It makes life easy for many.

At times, dissatisfaction may happens, due to the hundreds of customers clicking to buy the same items, thus the system may fails to update the numbers of items remain immediately. Therefore, the message of "out of stock" appears after
the customer might have placed order. A times, to get refund is never an easy task from House of fraser..
This needs to work on by the management.

Trust pilot asked me to provide details and proof that Fonehouse is bad as written in my review. I provided all information requested for to Fonehouse, up till now, no single reply to me. Because Fonehouse knows that they have no statement to back their fraudulent acts..

I wonder if Trust pilot is also supporting a company like Fonehouse to be pretending to be the best company to trade with.

I looked at many reviews from the Fonehouse customers, most people or customers gave bad comments. How did rating for Fonehouse is 80 percent when many customers gave 10 to 20 percent reviews of satisfaction with the services.?

Fonehouse is one of the bad mobile phone companies in UK. Initially, it seems to be a reliable company. If you could see my old reviews and so on.....

Do not go for cash back deals with Fonehouse, this company will not pay you penny back...

I had a deal of 50 pounds a month and with cash back. It falls to pay 40 pounds a month. I submitted the claim. Fonehouse asked for the statement of account of monthly pay to the mobile phone company. I provided it. Fonehouse came back to me that it required original documents from the bank. Fonehouse aware that many banks and customer go on paperless. Fonehouse refused to pay me, even when i provided the documents requested for. Even one of the Fonehouse staff assissted to fill in the cashback form. Thecteply was , it need original documents for Fonehouse to pay the cashback. Ghis is a complete ripped off company.
If no doggy business going on. Fonehouse could have checked wigh phone provider asked if any issues with monthly payments.
Instead, the company decided not to pay single penny to me as promised.

I lost more than 300pounds, because of so called cash back fraudulent acts.

Do not fall into the victim. Fonehouse is a big scammer.... Fonehouse will do everything not to pay you cashback.

Go for any deals with or without cashback with genuine company but not with Fonehouse.
