No durability

I get the Harvey arc water softener installed in June 2022. It worked fine for a few months and later the smart lid stopped working with the app! Contacted Harvey but no use.

The softner had a warranty of 3 years and exactly after a few days of warranty finishing. One of the cylinders busted with water everywhere. I contacted Harvey and they said it is out of warranty and I have to first pay £189 for an engineer visit and then they will tell me how much is it going to cost to repair if possible otherwise I have to pay for a whole new softener.

Great products available with quick turnaround. Knowledgeable staff, shoutout to Chloe B for her help with my order.
Could increase product range: like adding perforated tickets with unique ticket numbers on each ticket and adding custom sized products.

Great Print & Brilliant Support.

I have been ordering prints from them since more than 8 Years now. Always brilliant quality and even better customer service if anything goes south. Can add more custom sizes for Banners and Adhesives.

MyTrip! They are still theives!!!

Update 19 August 2022: It's been more than 2 years now and the eligible refund is still not made by them. Never book from MyTrip they are theives! You can not travel and will definitely loose your money. You can find cheap deals here but you will loose all the money you spent on that "cheap deal".
