I get the Harvey arc water softener installed in June 2022. It worked fine for a few months and later the smart lid stopped working with the app! Contacted Harvey but no use.

The softner had a warranty of 3 years and exactly after a few days of warranty finishing. One of the cylinders busted with water everywhere. I contacted Harvey and they said it is out of warranty and I have to first pay £189 for an engineer visit and then they will tell me how much is it going to cost to repair if possible otherwise I have to pay for a whole new softener.
