I rang to talk about a sofa but ended up buying it. Smooth process and very informative delivery. Two polite delivery men left me with my sofa. I unpacked it and added the feet with no problem.
I am at present very impressed with the sofa and the experience of purchasing from Heatons.

Been with Scottish power for a while. Had no problems so cannot really comment on how they would be if I had a problem. I use them for seg as well they are not as easy to deal with or contact over this

Assembly was frustrating for one person. Holes and lugs needed very careful alignment. Harder hammering than I expected. Has gone together well. Is study and fits our need.

I didn't know what to expect from a phone call appointment to make a will but it was made very easy. All was explained simply before actually making the will. Other subjects being discussed plainly and solutions given and explained. We will see how the rest of the process goes.
