Some sellers like to get all booked viewings completed before making a decision on an offer and we can see that some viewings are still to take place. I would not hesitate to recommend Mike Kenny from Yopa. He is straightforward, enthusiastic, and very knowledgable. He has always sought to move the process on, happy to talk anything through at any time and with anyone that needs talking to. Mike has been incredibly supportive and rational at all times, especially the more uncertain periods. I have not come across anyone else with the same mixture of enthusiasm and complete sense, ever.
The Yopa site has also been very clear and support at the beginning was straightforward again. I must say that I did need Mike to help manage the bookings etc, but this was because I had a lot of viewing in a short space of time...
I did wonder at the beginning whether paying up front for a service would be successful. I am positive that I would not have felt in any way as supported as I have with Yopa. I am so glad I chose to sell through them.
