I ordered water softener tablets from them and received a confirmation email confirming payment. After 1 week I heard nothing from them so I chased my order. They did not respond to the online chat, the telephone number on the website is invalid and they did not respond to emails. In the end I reported them to American Express and got my money back.

On time delivery and very competitive price. Would use again.

Items arrived the following day, were easy to put together and are very comfortable.

After about 6 months my weather station stopped displaying the outdoor temperature and the outside humidity. I reported it to Youshiko and they replied asking me to replace the batteries and reset everything back to factory settings and start again but it didn’t resolve the issue. They asked me to return it at my expense. They tested it and found it faulty. They sent a replacement unit which worked OK. Reasonable service but from reading other reviews it seems a common problem. I hope the new one lasts longer.

Very slow and needed me to contact them to chase up results

There are too many people using the airport and everything is slow. There are not enough parking spaces, there are too few security staff and the airport lounges are generally full.
