Octopus energy communicate really well with their customers, the emails are always easy to understand and friendly in tone. The monthly bills are clearly laid out. It’s simple to submit meter readings too.
Switching to a cheaper tariff was straightforward and any saving at the moment is most welcome.

The whole process of listing the car was easy, communication was excellent. My car was sold quickly, though sadly I didn’t get the price we were originally offered. The bed was delivered on time, and was quite well packaged though the tape on one end had started to come off.
It was relatively easy to construct and instructions were pretty clear. It took just over an hour for two people to put together because there were a lot of individual parts. Once constructed we were very pleased with how it looks and how sturdy it is. Overall a very nice bed at a reasonable price and very good service so we would be happy to recommend.

We ordered a replacement fence panel along with 2 fence posts and due to the size we chose to have home delivery. Within a few minutes of placing the order online we had a call from the manager of our local store who booked the delivery for the next day.

Having seen a card online that was perfect for my daughter, I decided to look for cards for all my family and friends with upcoming birthdays and other special occasions. Really lovely cards, some quite quirky and for every situation you could think of. Reasonably priced and very good quality, the cards arrived ahead of estimated date and well packaged. I am so impressed that I shall be browsing soon for the next batch of birthdays/celebrations.

We are happy that we have sold our property without having to pay several thousand pounds in commission, leaving additional funds towards our next home. I appreciate that paying the fees up front is not suitable for everyone but the Purple Bricks system has worked well for us and our current situation.
