Given two tv boxes and one never worked Told it would take weeks to get a replacement Many issues and all they recommended was unplugging and replugging things in and then would disconnect the chat if I wasn't happy. (was not nasty) They could not tell me if the box was sent out and couldn't tell me why it took so long to process the order.

I went to the store and purchased a new SIM card and was told it was a simple 5 minute process. Literally 3 hours later and sent me at least 5 password and PIN numbers to verify. On hold various times and they did not port my number!!! I am so tired of being transferred, being put on hold and then I am told it is down for "maintenance" and I will not have a working phone for 12 hrs now. But feel free to pay for both companies.

I ordered a bed frame "in stock" the was supposed to arrive in 3 weeks. After a week and payment I get an email saying it will be 10 weeks. I called to find out it is actually not even in stock and the 10 week date is an estimate. Thank you Wayfair for holding my money with no plans to send my my order. I will not be contacting you again to hold my money. Free Shipping is only good if you have something to ship.

Ordered over $200 of authentic clothing and passed the delivery date. Contacted the seller and they sent me to UPS which say the tracking number is not legit. Alphalete will now not respond and I guess once they send it they do not care whether you receive it or not. If you order through this company send money through PayPal so you can get your money back as you will not see your parcel.

I ordered over $200 and have had no shipping update in over two weeks. I requested assistance a week ago and was asked to wait 5 business days and recontact. I did and now they refuse to answer. Basically they are not responsible once shipped. Send your money say goodby to it and move on.

6 months four phone calls and three visits and executive rebate still not received. Unacceptable

Upgraded to Executuve membership and never received check for purchases. Called numerous times and keep getting different answers. Check keeps getting reissued every 8 weeks then again I wait. Canada post lost it three times? Really? It is now February and I should have received the check in November. I was told wait another 8 weeks we reissued it. Maybe next time I go to Costco I will pay for my merchandise in 8 weeks!
