Excellent customer service standards.

Immediately after ordering the Daewoo upright vacuum cleaner, I realised I had omitted the free carriage code. I contacted Robert Dyas about my omission and the reply was the £4.95 would be refunded - and it was. Wonderful customer service.

Excellent service.

Well-presented driver. 2 items delivered. One was a fruit-picking pole with a collection pouch. As the pouch was hanging loosely from the pole (but very secure) and the driver had no idea what the item was, he asked me to check for damage. I reassured him that all appeared well (and indeed it was on unwrapping). I was impressed by his conscientiousness and caring manner.
