After someone getting back to me after seeing this review, im happy to say, im extremely happy with how i've been treated. Justina was very kind and undertanding of my issue and kindly offered to send me some testers for me to try! came within 1 day too!
First drink i tried was Lemon Lime, while im not fond of the taste ( i'd give it a 5/10) for the fact its better than the Monster white drinks i've been drinking i will most definitely stick with it. can't wait to try the other 2 flavours! NO awful ingredients ect
Most definitely have a customer for the foreseeable future!
will be testing the other 2 flavours for which one i prefer and order the 48 pack :)

Followed their website for the stores that stock it. Tried the first 5 and none of them had it and some claimed to never stock it. Didn't want to buy a whole case for something I wanted to try first( and potentially expensively waste if i didn't like it)
Emailed them a few times for advice on where to get it and no one ever gets back to me.

Only decent food here is the…

Only decent food here is the caramelised online garlic bread pizza.
I'm an absolute lover of Pasta but every single pasta dish I've had from here is just awful. I can easily make a better pasta dish with the cheapest ingredients from the supermarket. Theres no taste and its all so bland. I am surprised the local ZiZi has stayed open as long as it has as it has closed down recently. Staff there were also pretty bad, very slow service, no care attitude..on top of having bad food theres just no chance it would of survived.
Shame, theres not many pasta places near me.

Worst company for gaming every

Worst company for gaming every. They do not care about cheating problems they just case about their bundles and their micro transactions. COD is going to be the end of its life soon due to their greed and not caring for the GAMERS but catering to these nobody streamers.
Once their only decent game mode of DMZ is gone, as far as I'm aware cod is dead with it. Such a shame to go from COD4, MW2 and MW3 To what we have now...these silly packs you get with turtles and all sorts of sillyness.

Had my first eye test since I was a…

Had my first eye test since I was a teenager and it appeared I needed new glasses. It did take around 2 weeks for them to come.
I did get told to give them around 3 weeks to get used to but after a month I still struggled.
I told the person there that my first eye test was rushed and I feel this was the cause and I was too nice to say anything. They did apologise and organised an appointment ASAP and when it finally came the lady was really patient and always double checked and upon receiving the glasses 2 weeks later I could definitely see a different right away, no "bedding in" needed.

A while back I had an ear wax removal appointment and another store, the lady that did that was SO patient with me. It turns out I did not have the correct softness of earwax and was still a little bit hard as I must not have left it long enough for the oil to do its job. But she still spent a lot of time trying her best making sure as much of the wax was removed. Was a big night and day difference to my hearing, had to reduce most volumes to half of what they were!

Had my old Lenovo laptop since 2015

Had my old Lenovo laptop since 2015, still going strong. It does have battery issues but for the first 2 years I never turned it off....and the Hard drive is faulty giving me 100% disk usage, but my fault for never turning it off in years. Aside from tha its still going strong, never had an issues with it that was not my fault.
Saw Argos was doing a promo for some tablets and got swayed to LEnovo for that reason. Very happy with it so far, is it the best going? No. I knew that what I bought, its only used with social media, some netflix, prime ect streaming and the occasional play store gaming. For these its fantastic and it came with a case and keyboard. Time will tell if its as good as they used to be or not.

Hands down the best experience of…

Hands down the best experience of customer service I've ever had.
Owned a husker cooler for my 500ml energy drink, a few weeks down the line I noticed it doesn't seem to keep it cool for as long as long as it did before.
I contacted customer service who asked me to test it and let them know the outcome to which it came to that mine appeared faulty ( please don't let this issue sway you, even the best of products can have faults it does not mean the product in any way is bad)
Customer service advise they would be sending out a replacement and apologised.

You think this would be basic but had had many other companies try to sway the issue on me immedatetly.

The product is actually very good, and stops me wasting half a can ( usually game when having an energy drink so I consume them slowly and they get warm quick as my bedroom is very hot all the time)
But I have to say I'm very happy with the customer service, not just the fact the sent a replacement but the fact they admitted it appeared to be a a fault with the item, apologised and sent out a new one.

Thanks Huskii, will definitely by shopping again soon!

Received a letter for someone that…

Received a letter for someone that never has lived at this address for recovery of a debt. I've lived here for 30+ years. Went through their fraud team and they tell me its been closed...wont tell me what the outcome was...
Yet again received a letter from them a year later saying this person owed around £17...so I call them again to tell them the same thing....they opened a fraud case and put a ticket through and then a day later say it was closed...I called them as it said to call them so I do..spoke to one guy who said to explain it then he said he sees the call log and reads it out....half way through I asked what is he doing is he going to help me or just read though the call log to be nosey? He says I cant help you i just wanted to understand what is going on!!!!
I said put me to somebody who CAN help me then...he puts me through to someone who cant help as " there is no fraud team phone number" and that I need to wait for a letter explaining the outcome...over a week later I get a letter but guess what? A threatening letter indicating its been forwarded to a debt recovery agency.
This whole company is compiled of incompetent staff!
I would not bother to even going with them as any form of customer service is appalling.
Not even going to bother calling them again, absolute joke of a company and customer service

Ordered 2 items at around 5AM

Ordered 2 items at around 5AM, seconds later found out it was the wrong model, so I filled in the cancellation form and guess what? Absolutely NOTHING..they sent It as normal and no one even got back to me regarding it! I do not have the time to return it and now stuck with an expensive item I want to return but can't because they ignored my request BEFORE they sent It out. It was at least 4+ I done the form till anyone would of even fulfilled my order from then assigning it to the delivery company. Absolutely annoyed by this and can't say I'll order from here again as a result, just goes to show the lack of customer service.

Bought the IO9 at a price of £180

Bought the IO9 at a price of £180. First off It started great!
Then slowly it never tracked properly, which I initially ignored then it started to develop different coloured lines across the screen.
All this within a few weeks of ownership!
Contacted customer service which I expected them to replace immediately..but no...they instead said

"I will gladly help book your toothbrush in for service at our service centre, in order for our technicians to inspect it, and look into if this issue is a manufacturing fault, and a replacement is in order here. In order to do so, can I please ask you to confirm your full home address, so they know where to return the toothbrush/ the replacement?"
What kind of response is that "IF" its a defect! Of course it is! Its only been a few weeks for crying out loud!
Should not be any faults at the price it is, and if there was they should be instantly replacing it not " investigating" It
So now, I've chosen a fully refund and to send it back and I will be looking at other brands. Absolutely abysmal service all around.

Never had any issues. Been with them since I could ever have an account, likely over 25 years and never directly needed their help.
A while ago I did not get what I ordered and filed a claim with Halifax and they were great. Got my money back and they sorted it all out all i needed was the give them all the evidence. Before i filed rhey made sure I was able to and if not guided me as to how.

unfortunately it did nothing for me

unfortunately it did nothing for me. Been taking it since 4th of March.
was using the Welcome bundle, since 4th of March and noticed no difference apart from the cost. For me it was a total waste of time and money. I can't give 1* as thats not fair but also can't give 5* as it did not work on me.
had trouble with sleep and energy throughout the day and was hoping this helped at least with the sleep issue or energy issue through the day but nope. Such a shame it was so hyped up i had high hopes

But the free stuff thing is definitely a scam. No matter when I visit it the codes are ALWAYS taken. Im starting to think there's not as many codes as they claim/the same people wait and wait and claim it. Should be a limit to how many peope can claim in the free stuff in a year.

I bought the item and it wasn't the best
Gave an honest 3* in depth review and it got taken down..amazon keep going around in circles. Realised they're supporting these fake reviews hoping I give up asking to have mine reinstated..I have and I won't be renewing my free trial.

tried one of the newer games and lost the first, and the second game was the EXACT repeat of the first with the same spins, bonus ect! absolutely no chance that happens unless it was pre determinded and a total fix. I've asked them to investigate but likeely they will lie so i will be taking it furter if thats the case. avoid any instant win games where its run by online, its ALWAYs FIXED IN THEIR FAVOUR!

Paid extra for delievery and still took…

Paid extra for delievery and still took double the amount of time to deliver despite tracking stating awaiitng package, That aside the products are poor. I got the window and panel wipe as i saw it was alcohol based and another company i usually get it off has alcohol with its window cleaner too and its amazing so i thought i was grab a steal for the 5L as cheap as it was...BUt now i see why it was cheap, it really is basic in terms of cleaning. I am glad i only tried the one product instead of order the many i was going too.

don't bother..

don't bother... everything is cheap but they SPAM you with so many emails a day! i get around 3/4 a day i tried to unsub so many times but still getting them. I ordered an item on their promotion for the 5L as it seemed like a good deal and i never used this brand before.
ordered on the 14th
i get an email on the 17th saying its depatched...after a few days i hear nothing..so i check the tracking and it says "The sender has advised they have despatched your item to Royal Mail"
Even up until now the 20th it has the same information. i email them today asking whats happening along with to try and stop these spam emails! so far...awful i even paid extra for 48hour delivery...
I can imagine its cheap for a reason but wanted to give it a try...highly regret it now

Amazing experience here as always

Amazing experience here as always. Highly recommend!
Always take care of your car and never try to mess you around or oversell you like everyone other place I've been too.
Been here several times for my Fiesta ST and would never take it anywhere else.
It is far away from me. But well worth it. Is it pricier than other places? Yes, but 100% worth the little increase in different for professionalism and attention to detail and knowledge.
Went on a really hot day and they always offered drinks and made sure I was comfortable and understood they were doing and if they spotted anything wrong. Been a couple occasions where he found something and decided to let me know and fix it while he was working in that area anyway...was it a small issue? Yes but no one I've been to would bother...they would only bother to do the job I've paid them for and that's it.
Can't speak highly enough of these guys and gal.
Honestly, you won't regret coming here.

Hi Ali, If you are using the gift card in a store you can use it as part payment by informing the cashier of the balance on the card and by paying the remaining balance via alternative means. Most retailers can accept up to three forms of payment, but it does depend on each individual retailer if part payment is accepted.

This cannot be processed online. When spending online the balance of the gift card must cover the full transaction cost.
