Ordered 2 items at around 5AM

Ordered 2 items at around 5AM, seconds later found out it was the wrong model, so I filled in the cancellation form and guess what? Absolutely NOTHING..they sent It as normal and no one even got back to me regarding it! I do not have the time to return it and now stuck with an expensive item I want to return but can't because they ignored my request BEFORE they sent It out. It was at least 4+ I done the form till anyone would of even fulfilled my order from then assigning it to the delivery company. Absolutely annoyed by this and can't say I'll order from here again as a result, just goes to show the lack of customer service.
