Arranged a home appointment to discuss a new front door. Lisa arrived on time and was very friendly and chatty and was very knowledgeable about the products the company fitted. She made me feel at ease immediately. There was no hard sale or special offers if I signed there and then. I was very satisfied with the whole experience.
