Two and a half days (from 22 to 24…

Two and a half days (from 22 to 24 August) of no broadband service at all. At the time I registered for due compensation. When the monthly bill arrived no compensation was included and I’ve had to phone VM via their user-UNfriendly system to resolve the matter and get compensation. Any half decent company would have offered resolution without any prompting!!!

MOT & interim service @ Halfords

MOT & interim service @ Halfords, Aldershot on 17.08.21. Fine. A couple of costly issues picked up during the service (resulting in car having to be kept overnight at the garage). But costs involved were explained and mitigated to the best of the Halfords man's (Rob's) abilities. Questions about fuel in the car's tank satisfactorily explained.

Have always had good service from Halfords and this week's experience was no different.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. Booked through them for an internal flight in South Africa (with South African Airways) which was they cancelled because of the pandemic. Expedia advised (in May 2020) that an 'airline credit' had been issued by SAA and they (Expedia) would keep me updated. As we heard nothing further I contacted Expedia today and after three phone calls was told that the 'credit' had expired in January 2021.

Having taken my money in the first instance they're now hiding behind 'Our Policy' and saying I should contact SAA!

That is theft! Don't ever deal with Expedia.

One star is being generous

One star is being generous. Ordered the Barrel of Beer & Gift Basket for our son in Toronto. Only half the order was delivered and since then Hazeltons have tried to say that failure to deliver the missing items is within their terms & conditions. Customers from outside Canada/overseas be warned: DO NOT ORDER/BUY from Hazeltons!!
