Good insurance despite a few problems

Digital Risks seems to better understand the risks of running an online business than most insurance companies and helped me find the right insurance for my needs.

Their customer support was helpful and friendly and helped me find the right insurance for my needs. Unfortunately, a technical glitch means that a lot of back and forth was needed, hence the 3 stars only.

I fortunately haven't had the need to claim yet so I can't comment on the way they handle claims but it all seems pretty straightforward.

Their team is very helpful but I find …

Their team is very helpful but I find their website extremely hard to use. I can't find a link to login to the customer portal and it's hard to see whether I have received mail or if my subscription is about to expire so I will probably move to another provider.

I dont think you are on our new portal, i have checked your account and it appears you do not have access to our new system.

I will ask our customer services to contact you to help ASAP.

I am sure you will find our new system much better and simpler to use :-)
