Opodo Prime Hotline is a hopeless scam.

I had a terrible time ringing (3 times in one hour) the supposed Opodo Prime VIP Hotline +44(0)2076602826 and +44(0)2076600460. Not one of the people answering the call could confirm that what the Opodo app stated (that I'd paid for checked in luggage) was correct, even though when I went through to BA to check in I noted that there was no allowance for check in luggage selected for our tickets. The Opodo operators then either cut my call off or then put me into a queue that was endless (I gave up after waiting 25 mins). So I contacted BA who were marvellous and sorted it out, giving me the EMD numbers confirming that I had paid for baggage.

Absolutely appalling service

Absolutely appalling service. Have been waiting 36 hrs for the engineer to turn up to undertake maintenance and repair. Have been told 4 times that the job will be done 'today' and engineer will call me when he's on his way. Then receive a text saying job will be done 'tomorrow' but no time offered. I've waited in all day. Impossible to get any clear answer from Customer Services or Emergency 24hr number as to when the engineer is turning up. Totally poor. Cancelling contract tomorrow and giving notice.
