Don't use them-Damaged my car and won't respond

This company are a joke!! They significantly damaged my car early in August and now say that they have no insurance on site and it's down to the customer's insurance if there's a problem. Must be breaking the law surely???
Really surprised Heathrow allow them to damage their brand by name association.
Written 16 emails with little or no response.

Having experienced some difficulty I have to say once escalated Spigen really got their act together and were able to send me the goods very promptly. Much better service than before and I would ow use them again.

My order failed to arrive and when I …

My order failed to arrive and when I asked for a refund I was told to be patient. After three weeks I asked again for a refund and was curtly told it would happen but with no apology at all.
Really disappointed more by attitude than failure of goods to arrive. Didn’t feel of any value as a customer. Avoid at all costs.

We are sorry to hear that your bottle of ink did not arrive. Royal Mail stipulate that we must allow 10 working days for items to arrive before they will consider any item as lost. We requested that you wait this period of time and if the item had still not arrived to let us know. You called us today and advised that the item had still not been received and requested an immediate refund as you stated "you had waited long enough for a 1st class parcel". We agreed with you and advised that a refund would be made immediately. This refund has been applied to your paypal account. We have apologised to you on more than one occasion both in emails and on the telephone, we are sorry you felt that our response was "curt" but we do not feel this was the case. We do of course apologise once again for any disappointment caused.
