Communication incompetence
From the start i told autoglass that nfu mutual admitted that their client admitted full liability for the incident and would be paying in full. Autoglass informed me that they provided a facility for a third party to pay for the service, and then totally failed to implement that service. I have since received countless emails, texts and phone calls hounding me for payment. I have explained the situation to three autoglass operatives, none of which have been able to communicate the details.
