The operator was nice . The waiting time was much too long and it was very noisy. The operator helped us and solved our problem but the actual time it took and it was so difficult to get through was bad. We pay a lot to ovo and think their customer service is really bad .

We were very worried about the huge jump our direct debit had jumped to but the very nice gentleman explained that it wasn't going up and not to worry.

I love the arnica gel it's the 3rd time l have ordered it l also love the free gift you send me . It always comes quickly and safely. I do the note inside that tells me who packed it
