I honestly love this company so much. Amazing product that actually works and delivery is so so quick. I had to cancel my subscription and Olivia from the customer service team was so so understanding and helpful it’s so refreshing to have a company that isn’t consumed by capitalist greed and will actually help customers.

Seems like I’m not the only one who got excited about Klarna being used by ASOS! I used it once and like everyone else it seems; was accepted and then tried to use it again and told I was not eligible. The frustrating thing is there’s no information on the site as to whether it affects your credit score or not if you’ve been declined, and there’s no explanation as to why you’ve been declined in the first place. You can’t just blindly fob people off, it’s unfair and this is our own financial information and data which people should have the right to access, and also to be able to understand the intricacies of it all!
