Visited BQ watches today , Darren welcomed my wife and I into what had the immediate impression of being a very professional and well presented business.
We were taken to a private presentation room where we discussed in detail and at length what options I had for the sale of my beloved watch. I found Darren to be very attentive and willing to explore the various possibilities.
In the end we agreed a deal that suited both BQ watches , Darren , my wife and I.
Darren was very obliging, Everyone we met was friendly and welcoming. I can highly recommend this company if you’re looking to sell, buy or trade in a watch. Note, parking is easy at the train station car park or take in lunch at the Red Lion next door to BQ , a lovely place to relax, eat and drink , they allow patrons to use their car park behind. Thanks Darren for being so patient!

So having been with Giga Clear now for 18mts they sent me a renewal ! With a cost of over DOUBLE!
I called and spoke to Mark, he was I have to say very helpful and easy to talk to.
He negotiated with me and kindly brought the cost down a bit for the next 18 mts

It’s just a shame you have to spend soo much time doing ‘ life admin’ just to get a fair deal , but thank you Mark and his manager too !

Charged for seats , when jet told us that was wrong as we had already paid for them!

I got what i was looking for at a price that seemed like good value.

It arrived as advised and was in good order.

Im only giving these stars as ANNA P as nothing but helpful .....My order never got collected because of a post code glitch in my parcels destination. Anna P sorted that then rearranged the pick up and sent me new lables too.
What annoyed me was the way that then COMPANY's system didnt pick up the error and contact me in some way . But instead just didnt bother picking up the parcel which was a gift for my brother in Luxembourg for his birthday.
But Amazing Anna P managed to sort in the end.

We have used right choice twice , once 2009 and again in 2012. On both occasions we have the best service from Jon at right choice.
We were in solved in a very complicated chain and Jon did all he could to make things work.
He was ready to proceed at a very early stage in the proceedings unlike the law firms others in the chain were using. Because of this it did take a long time but we got there in the end.
What i liked about jon and Right Choice was the speed at which things were done and his communication to us through out the process was refreshing.
As I have in the past been involved with solicitors that carry out conveyancing too, and in my experience you can rarely get an answer form them when most needed, and have to chase them constantly for updates as they don't seem to return your calls.
With Jon no chasing was necessary on both the moves we did with him and Right Choice we were up to speed at every point.
I would have no hesitation in appointing Jon and his company again when i move in the future.
