I have a voucher but it is frustrating to try and find the experience I want. The online bot is useless and the human that I had the text conversation with was no better. The telephone number that i found for them is premium rate so did not use it. I think that their commitment to customer satisfaction is merely words.

The experience was good but it was let down by the state of the driveway to the tockwith site. How I did not get a puncture I don't know. Needs to be improved
Delivered on time. However since you have introduced the S17AIO vape pen and stopped with the normal S17 unit I have to consider looking elsewhere as the AIO unit will be much more expensive to use
