Bought a new phone and otter box case I bought had a offer for a free holster, but when I scanned the QR code my phone model was not on the list...called customer service and boom one is on the way no muss no fuss...

Delivery personnel were polite and professional... had light damage on bunke board and one drawer of my bed... Ryan took pictures and informed us on what to do to remedy the situation... overall a good experience.
