I decided to buy the Fantastic which was definitely the right thing to do now we have a heatwave. I love the compactness of it and then suddenly turning into a floor fan in seconds.

I had a query about my two policies, one under AO Care and one Domestic and General. I queried this as both appliances bought at the same time so why two different insurance documents and a big difference in price.

I went into store yesterday and the Christmas lights I wanted were sold out, It's the administration sale, and I enquired about buying the display ones.
A delivery had come in and Vickie kindly went through it and found the lights I wanted and I was very happy. Another lady wanted some specific lights too and Vickie found the ones she wanted as well. She was so helpful and did everything she could to solve our problem.
We were two very happy ladies.
She is a member of staff who is a credit to the store.

Quick and easy to speak to an adviser. Paid account up to date and discussed direct debit payments. Noted preference for paper bills, not paperless and set that up. A successful call.

On the side of the customers. I had a phone call from a customer service adviser regarding a new tariff which reduced my direct debit payments, which helped me a great deal with a condition that I had a smart meter.
It was fitted a week ago and I am amazed at how much some appliances use in electricity. It has made me realise where I can make savings so thanks to Eons excellent customer service and tariffs I can be a bit more comfortable and save some money.
The engineer was excellent, he phoned to say he was on his way and was really polite. He completed the job in very good time and showed me how to use the smart meter.

I found it difficult to buy the right size cake board locally so I order from the Craft Company and they were perfect. The right size and excellent quality, I couldn't have found any better. Delivered within a couple of days and perfectly boxed.

Unfortunately we don't have a Lakeland store any longer so I decided to shop online . I ordered my Mothstop, which I have to say, is the best thing I've found to help with those dreadful little moths that eat everything and refuse to go away. Mothstop is very effective but I just can't seem to get rid of them completely, no matter what I do.
I placed my order and was impressed when they were delivered within a couple of days. It was so much easier than driving to the store, paying parking charges and taking up so much of my time.
I'm looking forward to another store opening though, it's always good to browse and see what's new.

Great service as always. A reminder at the end of each month to send meter readings keeps me up to date with my bills. Communication is excellent to keep me up to date with energy costs, new tariffs and any works being carried out.
