Having accidently slashed one of the back panels of my down jacket I bought a 'Down & Synthetic Insulated Clothing - Single Panel Replacement' for £30 on their website.
I printed off the label and dropped it off to Post Office. It has been returned to me within 10 days with a repair so good I can barely see it. I am extremely impressed!
I have read many negative reviews but I have bought many Mountain Equipment garments over the years and they have all been excellent, as well as their email communications, which were friendly and efficient.
I continue to highly recommend them.

The contents of the parcel, which was a Christmas present for my 14 year-old son, was printed and clearly visible on the front of the parcel - which he saw and completely ruined his Christmas surprise.
All you have to do is put the invoice inside the parcel, particularly at Christmas!
Apart from that it arrived promptly and as described.
