Excellent customer service and installation

Great price for tv, definately will use again if prices remain so competitive.
Very poor deliver from sub contractor. Two hours later than time given with no communication to customer. Other delivery companies Ive dealt with always phone to confirn time of delivery. Apreciate things run late, but then contact customer.
Poor customer service when called Hills regarding delivery. Very unhelpful, just said delivery nothing to do with us, its a 3rd party. No attempt to help.
5 stars for price and product
No stars for customer service and delivery.
Also cardboard all damaged on delivery.

Two hours later than the time window given. No communiation with customer.

Fantastic food, shocking website. Very difficult to adjust orders or have any visabilty.

I was promised these vouchers over two weeks ago and have given up on them.
To be honest I would rather you fix your website than recieve vouchers so I can be a customer again.

Used them twice and wont hesitate in using them again.

Halifax branch Hull city centre. Stood outside in queue no problem. Branch opens and two lovely staff come out to help people in front of me. All of a sudden a staff member in a suit comes out and asks me what I want. I explained I had to come to branch to inquire about a ISA. His reply was "Youll be lucky" so extremley rude then pointed to lovely lady and said she will help you. He then dissapered back inside. Most rude person I have ever encountered and definately not happy to be at work.
Sad thing is he was in a suit so obviously mamagement especially the way he instructed the lady to deal witj me.

Have used top cashback before with no issues but this time really dissapointed. Tracked £50 cashback for 3 months then suddenly turned into £5. Raised ticket and got answer and a request for info which I sent. Havent heard anything for a month.
Feel cheated out of £45 and going to be very carefull using them again.
Was looking at a £3.5k purchase from goldsmith through Topcash back but pulled out as dont trust them anymore.
They say dont rely on the cashback. How true is that.

To update after reply from Matt. My reply with the extra information was not recieved by topcashback. So today resent the info. Will give Topcashback chance to reply now
