This is the second time I have used this company in the last year, once for my own homework, and the second time I recommended the company I work for to use them. They have just finished the extension on one of the company’s properties and like the work they done on my property, they delivered a very professional job. The staff are very hard working, they delivered the outcome in the required timescales, and they were very pleasant and professional throughout. I would have no hesitation on using this company again in the future.

Everything was fully explained right from the first discussion we had with Oli and everything that was explained within the virtual demonstration given by him at the point of agreement came to fruition with a very pleasing orangery completed. The team were very professional and knowledgable throughout the whole process, and everything progressed within the agreed timescales. Standards were very high and all of the workers were very professional, approachable and keen to get the right outcomes for us. We were so impressed with the finished job that I have recommended THI to a client who has agreed to get an extension built.

We purchased a large fitted kitchen and also had 3 bedrooms fitted with wardrobes in September 2014. The quality of work was to a high standard and initially were over the moon with our purchases when all the work was complete.
We have tried to contact Bettaliving on a number of occasions in relation to our bedroom door which have de-laminated.
At the time of purchase we were advised that all products carried a 10 year guarantee which gave reassurance and satisfaction to us when we purchased the goods that should anything go wrong we would be covered however this has not been worth the paper it is written on. Bettaliving are continually ignoring any contact from us and refuse to return our calls or reply to our complaint.
