Pink Sun Whey Protein Isolate

I bought Pink Sun brand of Whey Protein Isolate (undenatured) as rec to me by a naturopath to help reduce ascites as it’s hormone free & sugar free. I mix it with water & oat milk & it’s delicious unflavoured & easy to digest. I find it very helpful & would def recommend it.
Arrived quickly & well packed.

Staff at the Boston branch, Lincs very pleasant, optician very clear & thorough, explained what I needed to know, in general a good experience. Haven’t ordered new specs yet as not nec; this review is for the eye test.

Had two experiences with Aviva Zero…

Had two experiences with Aviva Zero motor insurance. The first time was when I broke down on a busy motorway, rang Aviva Zero and had to wait for over half an hour for someone to answer, who then told me it was a claims only number and then connected me to the breakdown service. I'd buy breakdown cover separately next time. I followed this up later by email, communication wasnt good as different people kept answering me knowing nothing about the situation. And I was given the exact same number to call for breakdown, (as per the tel no on the front of the breakdown booklet) with a token apology for my inconvenience. The whole experience was dire hence the 3 star rating.
The second time was when I wrote my car off; Aviva did pay up, though less than half of what I paid for the car so it was too little to buy anything like a similar model of the same age (it was less than the wholesale price). After last time I didn't bother to chase them up as they had to deal with it eventually, but in fact I didnt have to wait too long- just over 4 wks.

Tickets refunded via trainline insurance.

I was pleased when trainline's insurance refunded my two standard advance tickets when the elderly person I was due to escort on a journey fell ill with a cough and was unable to travel. It was definitely worth paying the little extra for insurance. The process was simple and the person I spoke to was helpful and polite.

Atrocious- avoid Hermes

Atrocious- avoid! just updated this from 1 to 2 stars as Hermes have now delivered, unannounced, after failing to deliver on time, after a lot of time wasting chasing it up and after we'd given up and the sender got it marked for return & refund. Had a worse experience over a year ago when Hermes kept saying delivery attempted and setting new dates to deliver which went on for about 3 wks of waiting in for them, & finally the item had to be returned to sender. Waste of time. The tracking info says delivery attempted, contact the driver whose number is on the note but no note is ever left. And Hermes has an email contact form but no one ever replies and their ‘chat now’ option had a waiting time of 4 hrs.

Wouldn’t be without a supply of NuiQue’s omega 3

So glad I found NuiQue’s vegan omega 3- it greatly improves my clarity of thought. And when I developed debilitating arthritic pain caused by a prescription med, I accidentally discovered that the omega-3 cured the arthritic pain- my physio said it’s the most effective inflammation reducer.
Fantastic company- so grateful to them!
