Good E-Mail Delivery Returns
After 35 yrs. in the commercial hosting business, I must give smtp.com credit for support. They try really hard.

Switched to cPanel compute engine years ago.
Google blocks mail ports and you must use a 3rd party provider to deliver mail or build your own mail server somewhere else and connect with api ect.

Have time critical time sensitive mail delivery demands. Not a single bulk mail provider has acceptable mail delivery. Due to snow-shoe reputations.

Yes 3rd party delivery barely works and is not reliable. I strongly advise forgetting cPanel mail and have your clients use Google Workspace or Microsoft Protection Outlook.

Have lost tons of clients over 3rd party mail delivery.
What can you do? Sue them! not...

Argus 2 cameras worked great, and they stood behind warranty on one defective camera.
Reason for poor review is "No battery replacements for Argus Pro 2" Out of stock forever!

Product works good - However they make it difficult if not impossible to cancel service.

Used free version for a couple years and upgraded to a basic plan at $200usd a year. They disabled mobile device access. Called in and complained. Asked to cancel. Teamviewer sent a quote for mobile and never canceled. When they tried to hit my credit card I called in and they said it's too late to cancel. Very bad company best to stay away!

They are the only ones who know what they are doing on Google Cloud platform. Purchased Marketplace WHM/cPanel... Hired two technical support companies and tech on freelancer.com. Spent 1k and 5 weeks later finally I found Kodeslogic. They knew about the bug and fixed straight away for under 100usd.

Just try to cancel service. No cancellation link on website. If you are lucky you might get through to them to find they have auto-renewed your contract.

Can't be trusted please read BBB complaints.
